During an setup od an customer today we get an Issue with the email Router profiles.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 with Email Router for Dynamics CRM 2011 Customer use an up-to-date Exchange 2010 servers. Outgoing shall use SMTP. When clicking the button “Test Access” we get for incoming
Outgoing Status: Failure – Type ‘System.ServiceModel.Channels.ReceivedFault’ in Assembly ‘System.ServiceModel, Version=184.108.40.206, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089′ is not marked as serializable.

Seems to be an .Net Issue. Tried all stuff we found in the internet. Nothing helped.
Uninstalled the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Router. Reinstalled the MAPI on the server. Installed the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Router. again. Configuration was fetched from the old xml file. Tested it Working proper now. Installed the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Router Update Rollup 2 (current approved UR at customer site), Tested it again, still working.

Email are not send via Email Router.
Message from the opened Email Message in CRM (yellow box) “This message has not yet been submitted for delivery” or the status “pending send”. In the email Router Log we see that the Router is polling put didn´t find any Email messages which are for delivery.
modification to this file solved it.
